You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data from OnMic. To request the deletion of your personal data, please follow the steps below: -

• Before deleting your account, you may want to log in and save any data that you want, and then follow these following steps:
• Fill out the Request for Account Deletion form. After receiving the form, we will contact you via email to verify your ownership of the account within 05 working days.
• Upon verifying the ownership, we will delete your account. It may take up to 90 days to complete the deletion process after it begins. Copies of your content may remain after the 90 days in backup storage that we use to recover in the event of a disaster, software error, or other data loss event. We may also keep your information for things like legal issues, terms violations, or harm prevention efforts.

Please note that some information may be retained for legal, administrative, or security purposes, even after you request deletion.

Warning: When you delete your account, your profile, followers, history and recorded shows will be permanently removed.

After your account is deleted, you can sign up again with the same username as long as it has not been taken by a new person on OnMic. Keep in mind that if your account is removed for violating Community Guidelines, you may not be able to sign up again with the same username. For security reasons, we can not delete an account for you. You’ll need to be able to log into your account to request deletion. If you can not remember your password or username, please tap on Forget Password on OnMic app.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.

In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided me with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
